rally918 FAQ for Malaysian Players

Yes, rally918 offers betting markets for the Malaysia Super League, including matches from Johor Darul Ta'zim, Selangor FC, and other teams. You can choose markets such as match winner, over/under goals, and Asian handicap. The match schedule is updated weekly based on the official league calendar.

Malay odds show profit based on one unit staked — a positive number means profit, a negative number means risk. Example: odds +0.90 on a RM100 bet gives RM90 profit. Decimal odds show the total return including stake; odds 1.90 × RM100 = RM190 total return (RM90 profit). rally918 supports both formats — you can switch in your account settings.

Yes, the EPL is one of the most popular leagues in the rally918 sports betting section. Matches from Man City, Arsenal, Liverpool and others are available with a wide range of markets — including 1X2, over/under goals, correct score, and first goalscorer. Odds are updated live as the market moves during matches.

Mix parlay lets you combine several match selections into one bet slip. All selections must win for the slip to pay out — but the multiplied odds give a much higher potential return compared to a single bet. At rally918, choose the matches you want, click "Add to Slip", enter your stake, then submit your mix parlay slip. The minimum is usually two selections.

Yes, badminton is available in the rally918 sports betting section, covering tournaments such as the All England, Thomas Cup, Uber Cup and BWF World Tour. Common markets include match winner, set handicap, and total points. This is well suited for Malaysian badminton fans who follow local players at the international level.

After a match ends, winnings are usually credited to your rally918 account balance shortly after the official result is confirmed. For live betting, settlement typically happens right after the broadcast ends. Any unusual delays can be reported directly to our 24/7 support team.

Log in to your rally918 account, go to the Deposit section and select "FPX (Online Banking)". Choose your bank — options include Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, RHB, Hong Leong Bank and others supported via FPX. Enter the minimum deposit amount of RM50, and you will be redirected to your bank's secure portal to complete the transaction. Funds are credited immediately after confirmation.

Yes, rally918 accepts deposits in USDT, BTC (Bitcoin) and ETH (Ethereum). After selecting the crypto method, you will be given a unique wallet address for that transaction. The crypto value is converted to RM based on the current rate at the time of block confirmation. This is a good option for players who prioritise privacy or transaction speed.

rally918 does not charge any deposit processing fees on the platform's end. However, some banks or e-wallet providers may apply a small charge on their side — this is outside rally918's control. For crypto, network fees (gas fees) depend on blockchain conditions at the time of the transaction. It is advisable to check with your payment provider beforehand.

The minimum deposit at rally918 is RM50 for all payment methods — whether Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, Boost, FPX online banking, or crypto (USDT, BTC, ETH). There is no different minimum by method. This allows new players to start with a small amount before adding more to their balance.

Most deposits via FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow and Boost are credited automatically within a short time. If your deposit has not been credited after 15 minutes, check whether the transaction was successful on your bank or e-wallet side. If the funds were deducted but your balance has not increased, contact rally918 customer support immediately via live chat with proof of the transaction (screenshot or reference number).

To withdraw winnings from a bonus, you must first meet the wagering requirement. For the rally918 welcome bonus of 120% (up to RM500), the wagering requirement is 20x the bonus amount. Example: deposit RM100 → bonus RM120 → balance RM220 → wagering to complete RM120 × 20 = RM2,400. Once the requirement is met, the balance can be withdrawn without additional restrictions.

Withdrawals at rally918 are usually processed within 5 to 30 minutes. This applies to all withdrawal methods — Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, Boost, FPX online banking, and crypto. The exact time depends on system load and identity verification. If your withdrawal request exceeds 30 minutes with no response, please contact our customer support.

A withdrawal may be pending for several reasons: account verification is incomplete, bonus wagering requirements have not been met, or identity verification documents are required. rally918 may request a copy of your MyKad or other documents as part of standard security procedures. Check your email inbox for any notifications, or contact customer support directly for clarification.

Generally, rally918 recommends that withdrawals be made to the same method used for your deposit — this is standard industry practice to prevent fraud and simplify account verification. However, if you need to use a different method for a specific reason, contact the customer support team for guidance and approval first.

Yes, besides live chat, you can contact rally918 by email at [email protected]. Email is suitable for queries that require attachments such as screenshots of transaction proof, a copy of your MyKad for verification, or detailed technical issue reports. However, for a faster response, live chat remains the recommended option.

To speed up the support process, have the following information ready before reaching out: your rally918 username or account ID, a brief description of the issue, the transaction reference number (if related to a deposit or withdrawal), a screenshot if an error appeared on screen, and the payment method used. With this information, the support agent can resolve your issue more quickly and accurately.
